Terms & Conditions
1. Order Acceptance
• By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order—it does not mean it has shipped.
2. Pricing & Payment
• Currency & Tax: All prices are in USD. Because LynZ Beauty Collections has sales tax nexus in Florida, we collect Florida state sales tax on all orders shipped within Florida.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Payment is processed at checkout.
• Authorization Holds: Your card may be authorized for the purchase amount before shipment; once we ship, the hold converts to a charge.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Flat-Rate Shipping
We charge a flat fee of $3.99 on all domestic orders, regardless of weight or quantity.
• Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days from our Florida fulfillment center.
• Carrier & Tracking
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
• Delivery Estimates
Transit times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
• Delays & Exceptions
We’re not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other force-majeure events.
4. Returns, Exchanges & ReGlow Program
• Standard Returns: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).
• ReGlow Returns: We accept clean, empty glass jars & bottles and hard plastic containers. Pumps and droppers are never reused—they’re replaced with brand-new ones for your safety.
• How to Initiate: Email lynzbeautycollections@gmail.com with your order number and return reason.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
• You may modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at lynzbeautycollections@gmail.com. After that, changes are not guaranteed.
6. Taxes & Duties
• Because we have nexus in Florida, we collect Florida sales tax for all Florida shipments.
• For shipments outside Florida, customers are responsible for any local sales tax or import duties.
7. Privacy & Data Security
• We collect billing/shipping information to fulfill your order and your email for updates.
• All payments are processed over secure (HTTPS) connections; we do not store your full credit card number.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Use products as directed. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, LynZ Beauty Collections is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Any dispute relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
• We may update these policies; the “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of those updates.
